About The Role

as a Product Manager, you’ll lead the development of our products, guiding them from concept through launch and scaling. You’ll be responsible for building a product vision that aligns with sunday’s broader strategy while directly addressing the needs of our US market. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with teams across engineering, design and operations to ensure seamless product execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for products in the US market, ensuring alignment with sunday’s broader vision
• Build products from the ground up to complete iterations, including interviews with customers, pitching innovative products in the making
• Work cross-functionally to guide new sunday products from conception to launch and scaling, by connecting the technical and business world
• Defining MVP (minimum viable product), proof of concept, scoping and building a product roadmap
• Be in constant communication with users, gaining insights to inform product decisions and solve real problems with innovative solutions
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis of other sites, apps, and products to keep sunday’s offerings ahead of the curve, delivering value to both users and partners
• Define and track success metrics, using data-driven insights to inform decisions, assess success and failure of products and ensure stakeholders are aligned on product goals
• Quickly adapt to changing business environments, pivoting as necessary to ensure sunday stays at the forefront of FinTech innovation
• Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development, and practice an MVP approach to maintain a sustainable high-growth speed
  
  

About You

• 3-4 years of product management experience building/scaling products at a highly dynamic company or a startup
• Ability to prioritize in a complex environment between B2B & B2C while keeping the product strategy alive
• Flexible, with the ability to adjust and change direction as the business environment and technology universe evolves and changes
• A creative, out of the box problem solver with a demonstrated ability to bring your vision to life in close collaboration with engineering
• Experience working with entrepreneurial startups and the teams that build their own processes themselves
• Comfortable working with technical teams and designers to build engagement within the product and have full ownership
• A clear and effective communicator, both in person and in writing, comfortable and confident presenting to all levels within sunday and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytics and proficient with user behavior analysis tooling
