The Position

This position is responsible for managing the dental transcribing team as well as entering/maintaining dental notes for dental field team. Performing necessary administrative tasks in for clinical operations team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Management of employees in the Transcription area including training and performance management.
• Assign sessions to transcribers for notes entry.
• Enter chart notes for dental field team assigned as chart notes are received.
• Conduct monthly quality review of notes entered by team for accuracy and address issues or provide training as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

Education and Training Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of medical scribe experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Management experience preferred.

Physical Effort & Working Conditions

Work is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
