- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for multiple properties.
- Analyze market conditions, booking trends, and competitive data.
- Optimize pricing, inventory, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations).
- Monitor performance metrics, including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
- Provide training and leadership to property revenue management teams.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in revenue management, ideally in a multi-property or area role within a Hotel or resort setting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
