We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to manage the daily operations of our logistics department. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products within our supply chain.

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to manage the daily operations of our logistics department. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products within our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Manage and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize costs and maximize inventory accuracy.
- Negotiate and liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements in logistics processes.
- Supervise, mentor, and train logistics team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing transportation and logistics activities.
- Monitor and manage logistics KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on logistics performance and initiatives.
- Develop pricing and manage budgets associated with the buying and selling of products and services.
- Create and nurture relationships with 3PL’s, customers, and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role within the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and developing a team.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in renewable energy, oil and gas, or similar industry.
