Our Event Managers help take the vision from KLAS leadership, then assemble an internal team to planand execute that vision.
As an Event Manager at KLAS, you'll be the heartbeat of our events, transforming ideas into memorable experiences that shape the future of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
The base salary range starts at $55,000 per year. We offer exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility of working three days onsite and two days remotely.

- Act as a liaison for the executive team to scope, communicate, and execute event details and vision.
- Lead with grace, resolving conflicts and fostering a thriving team environment
- Drive project success with decisive leadership and unwavering motivation
- Build a culture of collaboration and ownership among team members
- Communicate effectively to keep everyone aligned on project timelines and goals
- Strategically navigate risks to ensure flawless event execution
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring everyone's voice is heard
- Manage budgets with precision to deliver exceptional events to ensure projects stay within financial cost constraints.
- Handle travel arrangements and venue logistics with expertise
- Learn from each event with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Exceptional communication skills that resonate with clarity and purpose
- Organizational expertise and meticulous attention to detail

- A track record of managing successful events, with a preference for experience with large-scale professional gatherings
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, ready to be put into action
