Scheduler

Description

Intouch Insight is looking for a Scheduler that will be liaising with our database of independent contractors who perform mystery

shopping assignments throughout the US and Canada and ensuring that our customer's mystery shopping

programs have the best quality in the industry. As a Scheduler, you should also be an ambassador of our

cultural standards and values when working with contractors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Schedule all assigned shops within the specified time frame and complete between 2300 – 2500 shops per month
• Be accountable for quarterly KPIs to improve on personal development
• Build relationships with individuals in our contractor database in the US and Canada in a professional manner.
• Use creative approaches to recruit new contactors through internal and external resources.
• Initiate warm/cold calls to communicate effectively with active contractors, as well as to recruit new leads for available opportunities
• Become well-versed in assignment details to provide clear instructions and guidance to contractors
• Effectively and efficiently respond to and resolve shopper questions and issues;
• Consistently meet project deadlines while staying within budget constraints.
• Self-motivated and responsible enough to work in a team and individually
• Have the adaptability to work with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders with different goals
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Bilingual preferred
• Good phone and email communication skills
• Professional and positive approach to learning and development
• Enthusiastic and dynamic
• Committed to customer service excellence
• Excellent ability to work and collaborate in a team and individually
• Strong computer skills
• Time management and strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Excel (formulas/pivot tables)
