Account Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Communicating with prospective and existing accounts to understand their needs and demonstrate strategic recommended solutions for both current and potential staffing needs.
• Introducing company Solutions (products and services) to current and prospective clients with the goal of developing/expanding relationships.
• Coordinating sales negotiations with Staffing Leadership Team.
• Maintaining records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements by utilizing technology
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of the company's brand through advertising and public relations activities (ie. direct mailings, promotional programs, job fairs, and as a member of civic organizations).
• Serving as a liaison to resolve billing and/or service issues on the client’s behalf.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales experience.
• General knowledge of marketing/sales techniques.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Presentation and negotiation skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
