This role involves administrative and customer service tasks within the HR department. You will be managing the HR department's reception, handling scheduling, managing HR-related inquiries, and maintaining personnel records.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls in the HR department in a timely manner
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, and arranging travel when necessary
- Monitoring the HR inbox and ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and distributed to the relevant HR representative
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail to ensure smooth postal operations
- Maintaining an organized system for tracking, filing, and managing personnel records
- Reviewing HR-related paperwork for accuracy and conducting follow-ups to rectify any issues
- Maintaining up-to-date records in the HRIS and ensuring its accurate functionality
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned in line with the HR department objectives
- Providing customer service and administrative assistance
- Managing a multi-line phone system
- Experience in Customer Service
- Skills in Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Ability to manage Personnel Records
- Experience in Personnel File Maintenance
- Expertise in Calendar Management
- Ability to Schedule Appointments
- Experience in Filing
- Knowledge of Document Control
