Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers by providing professional support to close quality sales
- Proficient in product knowledge to answer customer questions thoroughly
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer issues
- Inform customers of the details and specifications regarding their order details, the installation process, and billing cycle
- Work closely with sales executives to execute customer service and sales strategies in accordance with the client’s requirements
- Assist our customer service and sales team in exceeding weekly and monthly goals
