Job Description
Position is responsible for the maintenance of complex database system and data abstraction for particular service line, including data analysis, presentation and coordination of a variety of performance improvement methodology data. This individual will sort, display and communicate data in support of clinical processes, data query, data analysis, and data presentation. This person would assist in organizing and presenting a full spectrum of reporting capabilities which will be the basis for transforming data into action with the goal of measuring and improving clinical care and patient safety. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and services on an ongoing basis.
