Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Analyst with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M365 Messaging Migration, MS Exchange Online Administration, MS Exchange Admin, M365-Messaging, Messaging - MS Exchange, Design & Implement Messaging Service, Office 365 ATP, and O365 Encryption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of M365 Messaging Migration projects to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
• Oversee the administration of MS Exchange Online to maintain optimal performance and security.
• Provide expert support for MS Exchange Admin tasks, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
• Implement and manage M365 Messaging services to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.
• Design and implement messaging services that meet the specific needs of the company and its clients
• - Utilize Office 365 ATP to protect the organization from advanced threats and ensure data security.
• Manage O365 Encryption to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate messaging services with other IT systems and applications.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are proficient in using messaging services and tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all messaging services and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in messaging technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to messaging services to minimize downtime and disruption
