We are currently seeking a highly resourceful individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills to serve as Executive Assistant to the Senior Financial Officer. This position reports directly to the SFO with a home base split between Chantilly and Fairfax.
Responsibilities:

This position reports directly to the SFO with a home base split between Chantilly and Fairfax.
Responsibilities:
- Checking time sheets for accuracy
- Entering data into databases and spreadsheets
- Handling direct deposit requests and data
- Processing paper checks for distribution
- Acquiring all necessary signatures to distribute payroll
- Processing wage garnishments
- Making adjustments in pay for raises, bonuses and commission
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
- Paid Vacation

- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Quick learner for new applications
- Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a self-supervisory, multi-task environment
- Administrative ability and experience
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Sensitivity to confidential matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Elementary understanding of technology and devices
