Recruiter

OPCO MISSOURI Skilled Management is seeking a talented recruiter to help meet staffing demands in the long term healthcare industry. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates in a high-demand healthcare industry. We are looking for a self-motivated employee looking to expand their skillset in Recruitment/HR. We're looking for an individual that is local to the Irving area to travel back and forth between our Dallas-Fort Worth facilities as needed.

Job Duties include:

• Ability to execute recruiting strategy
• Sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and referring the best candidates to hiring departments.
• Manage and train employees on the applicant tracking system.
• Build relationships with recruitment platforms and resources.
• Use major job boards (indeed, ZipRecruiter, Career Builder,etc.), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and referrals to attract qualified candidates.
• Attend Job Faires and build relationships with clinical leads.
• Provide outstanding customer service
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to learn and manage multiple software
