Your Opportunity with TransformCare

The senior consultant-level role is designed for experienced employees looking to continue to grow in their consulting careers. Senior consultants are expected to be able to work both independently and as part of a team. In some cases, senior consultants will manage the work of junior staff. As natural self-starters, individuals at this level will operate comfortably with minimal direction and in ambiguous environments.

Role Responsibilities: To provide project-level support for contract engagements. Specific examples of this support include:

• Manage or fulfill a senior role within a project workstream
• Set internal timelines and manage against set timelines
• Manage content development for work products and deliverables
• Assess and analyze current care processes and design processes to increase value and efficiency
• Provide management and support of the design, analysis, and implementation of new processes and technology solutions
• Perform baseline vs. post-implementation assessments
• Identify impacts and changes necessary to move to desired future states
• Serve as the first line of defense for resolving client inquiries and problems
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support effective change management
• Guide junior consultants in their development
• Oversee daily operations within a single or multiple workstreams
• Perform data analysis and provide insights and recommendations from the results
• Proactively identify and respond to client needs
• Provide business development support as requested (proposal development, past performance, etc.)
• Apply critical thinking to provide recommendations to solve complex problems
• Work comfortably in fast-paced and, at times, ambiguous environments
• As a member of TransformCare’s team, Senior Consultants have the following additional responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies
• Maintain expected utilization
• Actively participate in business development with a focus on supporting proposal effort
  
  

Work Location

Work requires travel of up to 75% in the continental U.S., depending on specific project assignments. Must live within one hour of a major airport. The initial project location can be subject to change depending on business needs.

Requirements

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the healthcare field. Master’s degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare and/or business consulting fields required
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365
• U.S. citizenship (client requirement)
