Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for an Administrative Support professional to provide Advisory and Assistance Services Support (A&AS) support for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (AFLCMC/EPASS) Program Executive Officer (PEO) Digital Directorate Command and Control Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) Division.

As the Administrative Support professional, you will provide a multitude of analysis, procedural competency, and process improvement strategies with increasing levels of responsibility. This includes staff support for the senior managers and members of the organizational staff.

This is a full-time position located at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, Georgia. The position is on-site.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Researching and compiling information about certain projects/topics
  • Reviews CDRL packages for format and content
  • Prepares factual, clear, concise, complete, and appropriately coordinated written communications.
  • Ensures the leadership is kept informed of all issues of interest that relate to the mission of the Directorate.
  • Monitors progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
  • Provides support by supplying the information and background for the preparation of program events.
  • Draft documents for the approval and signature of leadership.
  • Disseminates program policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization.
  • Coordinates, documents, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings in support.
  • Prepare background information and invite required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings is filed IAW organizational policy. Documentation may include but is not limited to attendance logs, minutes, and/or action items with corresponding action officers.
  • Maintains scheduling documents and requirements for video and online conferencing set up and execution including but not limited to the maintenance logs on the equipment and the corresponding instructions on equipment set up and meeting execution.
  • Provides travel planning and execution support, as well as Defense Travel System administration support.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Clearance: Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and be able to maintain it

Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)

Years of Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the respective profession being performed, two of which must be in the DoD.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Years of experience: up to three years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed.

Location: Work is performed at Robins AFB, Warner Robins, Georgia. The position is on-site.

Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
