As a Global DB ISC Lean and Strategy Leader you lead our Lean and Strategy initiatives, focused on driving operational excellence and improving business performance in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, driving Lean initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, and quality.

As the Global DB ISC Lean and Strategy Leader you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance market competitiveness
• Leading cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, and develop and implement Lean initiatives to drive business results
• Collaborating with operations teams to analyze processes, identify waste, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
• Developing and implement metrics and dashboards to measure performance and track progress
• Conducting process analysis and mapping to identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implement process improvements, including automation, standardization, and optimization
• Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans and business initiatives
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Provide coaching and mentoring to operations teams on Lean principles and practices

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration)
• 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on operations, Lean, and strategy
• 2 years’ experience with value stream mapping and problem-solving.
• Project experience with Initial automation experience (robotics, IIoT).
• 5 additional years of experience in leading projects and initiatives.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing market competitiveness
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Lean principles and practices, including the Toyota Production System and the Lean Enterprise
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and practices, including process analysis, waste reduction, and quality improvement
• Proficient in software such as Excel, Visio, and Lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Events)
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
