Our client is seeking a conscientious Payroll Specialist to join their finance team. This role involves accurately processing payroll, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. In addition to solving complex payroll-related issues, you will contribute to the development of payroll procedures to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct verification of timesheets and approval of payroll.
  • Process bonus, benefit, and expense claims.
  • Handle and resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Keep up-to-date with current HR laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to payroll related questions and issues.
