We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Suffolk, VA.
The Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, has a requirement for Technical and Program Support for the NAVIFOR N6 Directorate. The Navy requires the highest level of Navy enterprise management and technical support in the areas of: Emergent/future technology modernization; Data analytics/management/science; Application development; p erformance planning/improvements; Cybersecurity readiness; Assessment and Authorizations (A&A); IT portfolio management; NMCI/ONE-Net readiness, sustainment, and convergence; Domain IT service delivery; IT Service Management; Shore transformation/integration; and headquarter IT support.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Responsible for overall management and performance of all contract activities and task order requirements.
- Performs day-to-day technical and management support functions of assigned projects.
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all activities and deliverables associated with assigned projects.
- Applies quality assurance measures to the management and performance of the contract.
- Active Top-Secret clearance
- Must have ten years of IT Program Management experience to include at least five (5) years experience supervising and managing personnel involved in IT projects for the DON or DOD . Two years experience managing at least 20 or more IT professionals. 0 years’ of ex p erience a nalyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing network sy s tems (e.g., LAN, WAN, etc.)
- MS in STEM or Business Management
- PMP , ITIL v3 or later Foundations Certification desired
