Job Description:
We are is seeking an organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to senior staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to begin a career in administrative support. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, and various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management for executives.
Pay Range: $850 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Perform administrative duties such as answering calls, taking messages, and handling requests.
- Help coordinate personal tasks for the executive, such as managing household or personal errands.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams or external stakeholders.
- Track and manage deadlines for ongoing projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Assist with event planning, including coordinating meetings, luncheons, and other company events.
- Provide general office support as needed, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is a plus, but not required.
- Professional and positive demeanor with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
