Director of Advancement

Are you passionate about advancing inclusive Christian education? All Belong is seeking a Director of Advancement to lead our fundraising initiatives and build meaningful relationships with donors, partners, and supporters.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing grants, and overseeing planned giving programs to support our mission of fostering belonging for students of all abilities in Christ-centered schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement comprehensive fundraising and donor engagement strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and expand All Belong’s support network.
• Oversee grant management and planned giving initiatives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or advancement.
• Strong commitment to Christian faith, with a passion for inclusive education.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
