Join The Buehler Group as a Showing Assistant and become an integral part of our dynamic real estate team. Based in Flower Mound, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients. As a Showing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced agents, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in the real estate industry. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys working with people, and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
