We’re searching for a talented Marketing Manager with extensive experience in Agriculture to parachute into our south suburbs’ client. This full time role is fully on-site in Lakeville leading a small team with great leadership! Is it you?

THE ROLE:

You’ll be a big part of a small company doing great things! You’ll lead a small team and be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy designed to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and strengthen customer engagement.

You’re a project manager an ad strong writer who will make sure all projects are on track! Everything from the website to trade shows, you’ll work with Smartsheets to make sure everything is on time/on budget (ideally under!).

This leadership role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in high-level marketing roles. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, this role works with multiple

stakeholders across this growing company, including the Sales Team and Operations Team, all while closely managing digital and content marketing teams as well as our cross-functional business team.

• THE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Project Management PMP and Social Media Certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of Digital marketing experience, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
• Strong writing skills.
• Agricultural, lawn and landscape, forestry, light industrial, or similar experience preferred.
• Experience with the execution of online marketing strategies is preferred, including social media, SEO, and website utilization.
• Proven experience developing quantitative metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Experience using marketing project management tools, preferably Smartsheet.
• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation.
• Small, growing company experience a huge plus!
• Ability to travel occasionally on day trips.
• Ability to be on-site in Lakeville, MN office 3 days a week.
