Job Summary:

Coordinate and lead the overall functions of the Closing Loan Processor and Loan Closing Coordinator throughout Closing. Review and recommend approval of various commitment requirements. Provide training support to Loan Processors-Closing and Loan Closing Coordinators including review and approval of their work product and issue resolution.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize, organize and assign work to Closing Loan Processor and Loan Closing Coordinator, coordinate and monitor team production to ensure timely, accurate and professional documents to customers. Process complex and time sensitive document requests and journal deposits. Proof work of others. Input data into Application Tracking System (ATS) and Underwriter Worksheets.
  • Review and recommend approval of various commitment requirements including but not limited to property insurance, entity documents, proforma title reports.
  • Develop and deploy training program for Closing Loan Processor and Loan Closing Coordinators. Recommend modifications to existing procedures to enhance production efficiency.
  • Provide technical support, trouble shooting and consultation for StanCorp Mortgage Investor Loan Express (SMILE), Elynx-SwiftSend, Adobe Professional. Accommodate special request utilizing SMILE for loan approvals and Elynx to expedite document requests.
  • Serve as a technical resource for internal and external customers. Serve as Document Custodian for Generic Document masters, including but not limited all non-state specific documents used for Sample Documents. Participate in projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 3 years’ experience working in a high-volume word-processing environment with internal customer service contact
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft; Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams also including Adobe/PDF
  • Ability to work from the office located at 10265 NE Tanasbourne Drive up to 5 days per week per business need.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in real estate, finance, business or related field or equivalent.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency/knowledge with notarizations

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

22.60 - 30.17
