Job Summary

In this role, you will analyze real estate loan commitments and legal requirements, prepare loan documents and closing instructions, and coordinate with legal counsel, title companies, escrow services, and borrowers to ensure smooth loan processing. You'll also review title reports, validate borrower authority, and manage workflow within the loan closing software. Your contributions are essential for timely and accurate loan funding.

  • Prepare draft and final loan documents efficiently.
  • Review preliminary title reports and recommend actions.
  • Coordinate with team members and maintain funding schedules.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all commitment items.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is a requirement of the role. *

Skills And Background You’ll Need

  • Must-Haves:
    • 2+ years of experience in commercial or residential lending.
    • Strong understanding of real estate principles, title, and escrow processes.
    • Familiarity with real estate law.
    • Proficient in loan closing software.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience reviewing title reports and coordinating with legal counsel.
    • Ability to lift loan files weighing up to 30 pounds.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

23.80 - 31.61
