Position Summary
Position Requirements: responsible for the operation and maintenance of building, grounds and mechanical/electrical systems, while ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
Interacts with other department heads to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Work Activities:
- Blueprints – schematics – technical drawings
- Use hazardous materials information
- Responsible for State of Conditions Life Safety and Maintenance of Facility
- Analyze effectiveness of safety systems or procedures and perform safety inspection in Hospital
- Analyze technical data, designs, or preliminary specifications
- Communicate technical information
- Conduct fire hazard inspections
- Conduct training for personnel
- Evaluate governmental regulations or laws
- Follow safe waste disposal procedures
- Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance
- Prepare technical reports or related documentation
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Education: Prefer degree in related field: Facility Management, Architecture or Engineering
