We are Now Hiring a Dispatch Lead in Riverside, CA!

Transdev is proud to offer:

• $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee road service and trip performance measures
• Respond to customer questions and concerns
• Manage emergencies & escalated calls
• Supervise staff on weekends and evenings
• Support the Dispatch Supervisor in training new employees
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; Technical degree preferred
• Supervisor experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
