Graphic Designer

Job Summary

As a team member of the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, you will help build a positive working environment where employees bring the Center’s mission of serving as a gathering place for all in our community to life.

Under the general supervision of the Center’s Creative Services Manager, the Graphic Designer creates primarily digital assets to communicate Center’s brand, mission, and engagements that inspire, inform, and captivate the Center’s family. Develop the overall layout and production design for materials assigned by Creative Services Manager. Encourages and engages in inter-departmental collaboration on the Center’s audience-centric approach to design.

Primary Functions

The following are the primary/essential functions of the position, but are not all-inclusive.

• Maintain and integrate the Center’s visual and conceptual brand into all print and digital materials that are used as communication tools for all Center departments to convey mission.
• Ensure brand and show identity integrity.
• Create and manage assets for the marquee and digital signage.
• Develop deliverables in collaboration with other team members to create dynamic materials, as assigned.
• Develop and design materials for the Center’s programming and events as assigned
• Serve as staff photographer at various events as assigned
• Manage and organize Center photo library
  
  

Secondary Functions

The following are the secondary functions of the position and are not all-inclusive.

• Serve as the ambassador among the Center staff and volunteers to encourage understanding and appreciation of the various Center campaigns.
• Work occasional nights and weekends.
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Qualifications

This position requires an associate’s degree plus two years of experience in digital design with focus on web, email and mobile.

Salary: This position is Full Time, hourly non-exempt and starting range is $19-20/hr.
