The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving creative design initiatives, managing advertising, marketing, promotions, social media, and public relations efforts. This role is crucial in showcasing our projects and brand, securing new opportunities, and ensuring the success of our organization in winning key contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the brand through high-quality proposal submissions.
- Spearhead the creation of RFPs, RFQs, CSPs, and Qualification Presentations:
- RFP Submissions: Spearhead the creation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and craft compelling narratives that showcase our expertise and solutions.
- RFQ Submissions: Lead the development of Request for Qualification (RFQ) submissions, effectively highlighting our qualifications and capabilities.
- Qualification Presentations: Deliver engaging Qualification Statement Presentations to potential clients, showcasing our strengths and commitment to excellence.
- CSP Submissions: Oversee Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) submissions, ensuring our proposals stand out in a competitive landscape.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media profiles.
- Develop, curate, and manage content for social media platforms.
- Utilize graphic design skills for architectural visualization and presentation development.
- Collaborate with project teams to create case studies and success stories.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Desk-based tasks with extensive computer usage.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of marketing materials.
- Event participation may require standing, walking, and some physical effort.
- Possible travel for meetings and industry events.
