Job Title: Associate Brand Manager

Job Status: 3 month contract

Work location: Hoboken, NJ; hybrid

Your role

As an Associate Brand Manager at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, you will play a vital role in shaping the success and growth of our brand portfolio. You'll partner with the Brand Marketing team to help drive various aspects of brand management. This Associate Brand Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your industry knowledge and marketing expertise to contribute to our brand's success. Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth, market share, and consumer loyalty.
  • deeply analyze brand performance in competitive context to arrive at meaningful business implications
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market needs and align with brand goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing data-driven decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Utilize consumer data and feedback to refine brand positioning, messaging, and product offerings, ensuring they resonate with target demographics.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives, to enhance brand visibility and reach sales targets.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenditures to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure seamless product launches and brand consistency.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure brand performance and conduct post-campaign analysis to optimize strategies for future success.



Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or related roles in the CPG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.
  • proficient experience in analyzing Nielsen/IRI data
  • Ability to connect the dots on various factors impacting business performance and has been exposed to building brand financial forecasts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate brand vision and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
