Job Description:


This Is Voice is looking for a proactive and organized Entry Level Event Specialist to assist in coordinating and executing events. This role will support various aspects of event planning and production, offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, organization, and on-site management of company events, including conferences, seminars, and special gatherings.


• Coordinate logistics for events, such as booking venues, arranging catering, and organizing transportation.


• Support the creation of event schedules, timelines, and materials, ensuring all details are covered.


• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.


• Handle attendee registration, check-ins, and customer inquiries, providing exceptional service throughout the event.


• Prepare and manage event materials such as name tags, agendas, and promotional items.


• Collect feedback post-event and assist in preparing event reports for assessment and improvement.


• Perform administrative tasks related to event coordination, including updating event records and tracking expenses.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event planning, communications, or a related field is a plus.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.


• Willingness to travel to event locations when required.


• Positive attitude, with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
