Our Real Estate practice helps families into their homes and guides them through one of the biggest financial investments they will make. We strive to make their move an amazing experience. Compensation
$80,000 - $350,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients.
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
- Meet with clients to determine their home wish list and help them find their dream home.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
