Our well-established manufacturing client in North County is looking for a proactive Staff Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for those looking to leave a lasting impression on the operational efficiency of the business. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.

- Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assist with monthly close processes.
- Maintain the fixed assets system, capital expenditure reporting, and depreciation schedules.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Collaborate with the cost accounting team to review actual vs. standard costs and analyze variances.
