Major Duties and Responsibilities

As the Compliance and Risk Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our credit union adheres to regulatory compliance requirements and manages risk effectively. Your expertise in compliance will be instrumental in safeguarding our members’ financial well-being.

• Handling audits to check how well the rules are being followed, making sure all paperwork is correct and timely, and ensuring everyone understands compliance requirements in operations.
• Leading and guiding the Compliance, as well as serving as the designated BSA Officer.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Related experience in a compliance, fraud or risk role.
• College degree - Current certifications such as Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist or Credit Union Compliance Expert or their equivalent (preferred).
