- Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
- Strong data, business, and financial analysis skills
