As the Surfside Brand Manager at Stateside Brands, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for Surfside. This role is crucial to driving brand equity and ensuring long-term profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for consumer marketing, brand management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity.
- Execute the brand's key initiatives through innovative, consumer-centric programs and assets.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish a cohesive brand strategy across all marketing channels.
- Lead the creation and deployment of essential tools and resources, including annual business plans, playbooks, and budgets.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and programs to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Manage the advertising and promotion budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate on social media strategies and execution.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gather competitive and consumer intelligence, using insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Strong budget management and project management skills.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand building and consumer engagement.
- Strong budget management and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in brand management within the alcoholic beer and/or spirits industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of both on-premise and off-premise channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Availability to travel as required (estimated 25%).
