Description

We are in search of an accountant to join our team in Tracy, California. In this role, you will utilize your skills in Accounting Software Systems, Audit Program, CaseWare, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax to carry out various responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting functions and audit engagements, and you will be expected to contribute to the auditing and budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit programs and plans
• Utilize CaseWare, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax for various accounting functions
• Participate in audit engagements and ensure all procedures are carried out effectively
• Maintain accurate records using Accounting Software Systems
• Contribute to the budget processes and ensure they align with the company's financial goals
• Provide support for all auditing activities and processes
• Collaborate with the team to achieve efficient and effective audit plans.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Capability to plan and execute Audit Programs effectively
• Familiarity with CaseWare and CCH ProSystem Fx is necessary
• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax will be beneficial
• Must have a solid understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Audit Engagements
• Proficiency in Auditing and creating Audit Plans
• Ability to understand and participate in Budget Processes
• Must adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed
• Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification, such as CPA, is preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations is beneficial
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
