Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Google Ad Grant Manager for our nonprofit organization. This position is based in Silver Spring, MD, and requires a proactive approach to managing and optimizing Google Ad Grants funding. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies aimed at increasing our organization's visibility and outreach through effective online marketing campaigns, specifically focused on fundraising and awareness efforts. Additionally, the role includes the opportunity to leverage up to $10,000 in Google Ad Grants each month, driving strategic growth and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ad Grant accounts to ensure compliance with policies and maximum impact.
  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies to drive traffic to our website and increase donations.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to track effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging ad copy and visuals that align with our mission.
  • Utilize the $10,000 monthly Google Ad Grant to enhance online marketing efforts, focusing on targeted growth and outreach.
  • Monitor industry trends and updates to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage account structure for optimal performance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on Google Ads best practices and tools.

Requirements

  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit fundraising and outreach strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven track record of managing successful online advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
