Spherion Staffing is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet and exceed company goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product developments to effectively communicate value to clients.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
