Responsibilities of the (RN) Unit Manager:
- Excellent supervisory/managerial skills
- Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.
- Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
- Assists with preparing the departmental fiscal budget.
- Must have experience as a Unit Manager in a skilled nursing setting
- Must have your RN license in CT
- Must have strong management skills
- Must have Long Term Care experience
