We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team. As a Human Resource professional, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's talent management and employee relations efforts. You will have the opportunity to work closely with employees at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.

- Administer employee benefits and payroll systems
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
