Main Purpose of Job
This position will help with the data input and analysis of local data points to support the state and monitor the local implementation of improvement goals, program compliance, and best practices. This job will be in charge of performing peer reviews and evaluating collected data to detect trends, inform our practice, and improve program compliance and quality. This job will conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews under the guidance of SSA. This job will do daily data analysis and engage with the Assistant Director to ensure that reporting is accurate.
POSITION DUTIES

Experience : Six years of experience, two years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.

One year of experience working in a social services agency.
One year of experience generating accurate data.
One year of experience implementing methods to improve compliance and programs in a social service environment.

- Provides data analysis and reports from a range of sources, such as program compliance, program integrity, corrective action responses, process effectiveness, secondary case reviews, agency appeal hearings, statistics, and internal and external audits.
- Identifies data trends and probable root causes to establish or improve monitoring, worker compliance, and reporting systems by conducting regular evaluations of CJAMS, data reports, audit findings, and so on.
- Assists in conducting independent case reviews and providing input to the Assistant Director on issues raised in case reviews.

- Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations for the required experience.
- Candidates may substitute graduate level education at an accredited college or university in a human services related field at the rate of 30 credit hours per year for up to six years of the required experience.
- Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military experience as a commissioned officer in Administrative Officer classifications or Administrative Officer specialty codes in the General, Administrative, Clerical and Office Services field of work on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

- Personal Leave - new State employees are awarded six (6) personnel days annually (prorated based on start date).
