Develop and maintain datasheets, user manuals, technical guides. ? Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements. ? Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation that meets industry standards and user needs. ? Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity. ? Organize and manage documentation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules. ? Conduct research and interviews to obtain detailed and accurate information. ? Utilize documentation tools and software to produce high-quality documents. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, or Computer Science ? Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the appliance product manufacturing. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly. ? Experience with creating diagrams and illustrations and software (Visio, Illustrator, AutoCAD). ? Proficiency with documentation tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Confluence). ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML is a plus. ? Experience in creating multimedia content (e.g., videos, tutorials) is a plus. ? Certification in technical writing or related fields
