Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual is responsible for activities directly related to the manufacturing operations and designated support departments that include production, manufacturing engineering, quality, scheduling, purchasing and warehousing. The Operations Manager will lead the operations team in efforts to investigate, analyze, develop, and recommend improvements in operations. These improvements will also include administrative processes, procedures, and systems to improve quality, productivity & efficiency. The Operations Manager will also develop strategies for capacity planning and new product introductions that supports the efficient growth of the business.
