What You’ll Do:
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Utilize strategic sourcing methods, including personal networks and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with hiring managers and People & Culture leaders to align recruitment strategies with staffing needs.
- Provide Market Insights: Advise on compensation, metrics, and trends to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Enhance Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires in collaboration with People & Culture.
- Drive Process Improvements: Refine workflows to maintain a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Promote Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse candidates, including those with cannabis-related records.
- Manage Data Integrity: Ensure compliance and reliability in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Mentor and Lead Team: Develop Talent Advisors and Experience Coordinators in a collaborative environment.
- Track and Report Metrics: Analyze key recruiting metrics to identify trends by business unit and region.
- Experience: 5+ years in high-volume recruiting
- Leadership: Proven ability to achieve team results and mentor for professional growth.
- Ownership: Strong sense of responsibility for team performance and company impact.
- Process Development: Experience in creating departmental processes and SOPs.
- ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- Employment Knowledge: General understanding of employment laws and practices.
- Communication: Effective communicator who can inspire teams, candidates, and partners.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coaching abilities.
- Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Knowledge of recruitment strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collaboration: Experience working with senior leaders and People & Culture.
- Diversity Commitment: Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Industry Experience: Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
