Key Responsibilities
- Support leasing activities and foster positive resident relations.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when addressing calls from residents and prospects.
- Plan, organize, and oversee social activities as required.
- Conduct inspections of move-outs and coordinate apartment readiness for turnover as instructed by the Community Manager.
- Ensure adherence to company standards through thorough inspections of apartments.
- Follow up on service requests and conduct callbacks in line with company policy.
- Accurately prepare and verify Weekly Leasing Reports.
- Record income and expense data diligently and assist in training colleagues on operational software.
- Process property-level bills per established guidelines and submit invoices to the Community Manager for approval.
- Manage updates to security deposits, ensuring timely processing of refunds as per state regulations.
- Conduct general auditing and maintenance of property records.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven capability to effectively manage and resolve resident issues.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with property management software.
- Physical fitness to inspect properties in varying weather conditions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification is essential.
- Familiarity with CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
