Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Support leasing activities and foster positive resident relations.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when addressing calls from residents and prospects.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee social activities as required.
  • Conduct inspections of move-outs and coordinate apartment readiness for turnover as instructed by the Community Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards through thorough inspections of apartments.
  • Follow up on service requests and conduct callbacks in line with company policy.
  • Accurately prepare and verify Weekly Leasing Reports.
  • Record income and expense data diligently and assist in training colleagues on operational software.
  • Process property-level bills per established guidelines and submit invoices to the Community Manager for approval.
  • Manage updates to security deposits, ensuring timely processing of refunds as per state regulations.
  • Conduct general auditing and maintenance of property records.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with property management software.
  • Physical fitness to inspect properties in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • A willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification is essential.
  • Familiarity with CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
