Job Overview:

Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for their client in Hillsboro, Oregon. As an Engineering Technician II, you’ll be responsible for supporting installations, repairs, and maintenance of photolithography semiconductor equipment. The role requires a hands-on approach and flexibility to work night shifts. You’ll receive 1-2 weeks of training in Austin, Texas or Japan, followed by 4 weeks of on-the-job training in Hillsboro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and check semiconductor equipment per factory standards.
• Instruct customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform independent or collaborative maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and provide technical support.
• Report equipment issues and create accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with other field technicians to resolve problems effectively.
  
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
• 2-3 years of semiconductor equipment experience.
• Hands-on mechanical skills and experience with electronic testing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.
• Familiarity with Linux for system operation and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge in optics, lasers, software, robotics, precision mechanics, or chemical processes is advantageous.

• Travel up to 25% and night shift work required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, with assistance for heavier loads.
