Executive Assistant with Legal experience. Beautiful Santa Barbara legal office is searching for that just right person. The ideal candidate would be organized, detail oriented, meticulous. Have a very strong calendaring background.
This role will assist a very busy top U.S. attorney with an intense/ detailed practice. Must be able to communicate well with East Coast Office. This role is the liaison between attorneys and paralegals in two offices.
Strong spelling, grammar, punctuation and ablity to read and comprehend legal correspondence.
Should be familiar with trial preparation.
