As an Event Marketing Assistant you will be at the forefront of promoting our brand and engaging with potential customers at various events. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and promotions while contributing to the success of our events.

- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, including trade shows, product launches, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and promotional materials.
- Represent our brand positively and enthusiastically at events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.
- Engage with event participants, distribute promotional materials, and communicate key messages effectively.
- Interact with event attendees to generate interest in our products or services.
- Answer questions, provide information, and address inquiries to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Assist in setting up event booths, displays, and promotional areas.
- Ensure all promotional materials and signage are properly displayed and organized.
- Collect customer feedback and data during events to gain insights into consumer preferences and interests.
- Compile reports and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with team members to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide support as needed to achieve event objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
