Production Technology Technician

Your Role

This role requires a strong background in mechatronics, pneumatics, and various manual skills. The technician must demonstrate a high level of precision and quality in all tasks to support the manufacturing process effectively.

Here Are Some Key Responsibilities In This Role

• Receive and interpret technical drawings to produce machine parts accurately.
• Assemble machinery components, ensuring alignment with specifications and technical drawings.
• Wire electrical cabinets and machines according to detailed schematics.
• Assemble, and troubleshoot pneumatic systems within machinery.
• Utilize 80/20 extrusion and other materials to build and modify machine structures.
• Perform precise manual machining tasks, including milling, turning, and drilling.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled machines meet safety and operational standards.
  
  

About You

• We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of work experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechatronics, machinery assembly, part production, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Completion of at least three years of vocational training in mechatronics.
• Preferably a certified technician in mechatronics or a related field.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings for machinery production and assembly.
• Experience in the manufacture of parts and the assembly of machine components.
• Competent in wiring electrical cabinets and machinery according to schematics.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic systems, including assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Manual machining skills, including milling, turning, and drilling.
• Experience with building and modifying structures using 80/20 extrusion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all tasks.
• Certification or diploma in mechatronics or a related field.
