Job Descripiton
Development of instrumentation lists to support data collection needs of customers
Procurement, checkout and dry run of instrumentation.
The reduction and analysis of test data collected, and documenting the results
Provide input to engineering to support testing and data acquisition.
Assist in the development of test procedures and methodologies.
Manage and assist peers in the specification/ selection, procurement, calibration, maintenance and retirement of test equipment
Write and assist others in the writing of test documentation (test plans, test procedures, test reports, test logs, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems) or a related field.
4-6 years of experience with data acquisition and installation of recording devices such as data loggers, accelerometers, strain gauges, and other test instrumentation, preferably in DoD ground vehicles.
Experience with data reduction techniques and analysis tools like MATLAB or LabVIEW.
Familiarity with standards and procedures for vehicle development and procurement.
Education
